40 year old virgin speed dating girl
Andy Stitzer (Steve Carell) is a 40-year-old virgin who lives alone, his apartment filled with his collection of action figures and video games.
At a poker game with his co-workers David (Paul Rudd), Cal (Seth Rogen), Mooj (Gerry Bednob), and Jay (Romany Malco), when conversation turns to past sexual exploits, the group learns that Andy is still a virgin, and resolve to help him lose his virginity.
Andy begins to socialize and form friendships with his co-workers.
David, after running into his ex-girlfriend Amy, has an emotional breakdown at work.
It becomes obvious that their newfound friend has never done the dirty deed and Dave (Paul Rudd), Jay (Romany Malco) and Cal (Seth Rogen) make it their mission to get Andy laid.
The 40-Year-Old Virgin” sounds, on the surface, like fodder for yet another silly, vulgar National Lampoon movie and, on some levels, it is.
But the woman he's dating (Catherine Keener) has agreed on a mutual no-sex policy. A man and a woman kiss, we see them in bed covered with sheets to their shoulders, and he lies on top of her to have sex; the act ends abruptly, they lie in bed for a few minutes, and then have sex again for -- as we are told -- over two hours.
A man watches a pornographic video: we see a woman's bare breasts as she thrusts while on a man; the man watching fast-forwards and we see the man and woman moving very fast.
Cal advises Andy to simply "ask questions," which he practices on bookstore clerk Beth (Elizabeth Banks), who quickly becomes intrigued by him.
But there's just one little thing he hasn't quite gotten around to doing yet--something most people have done by his age. Andy's never, ever, ever had sex--not even by accident.
